It includes external support (hardware, connectivity and energy), server monitoring and external consultation to server panels (help with basic operations in cPanel and / or Plesk). We do not provide internal free support on the server (software, scripts, etc.). Once you receive your access data, the customer must change them immediately. From that moment the YCORN® ceases to have access to the server. Other support levels are treated as additional services and lack of budget.
Specific assistance to sites configured on the server or the existing software on the server - installed or not by YCORN® - may be rated as extra.
In the case of our intervention is necessary due to damage caused by the customer with the preinstalled software, it will be charged the amount of time technical support.
